Terms of Service
The service
Jirsi provides business-system implementation and subscription software products, per a written quote defining scope, duration and consideration for each engagement.
Data ownership
Your data is fully yours: hosted on your server or one dedicated to you, with full export anytime at no charge.
Subscriptions
Product plans are annual or monthly per line item, renewed by invoice before the period ends. Non-renewal suspends the service without immediately deleting your data.
The guarantee
For the Launch implementation package: the system is live within 30 days of actual implementation start, or we keep working at no extra charge until it is — per the written scope.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt; disputes go to the competent Cairo courts.
