Arabic-first HR & payroll — from check-in to salary slip

Payroll is usually the biggest line on the P&L — yet the people behind it are managed on paper, WhatsApp and the accountant's memory. This module puts attendance, leave, payroll and appraisals on the same database as your accounts, turning month-end salary from a battle into a button.

Attendance: biometric device or mobile geo check-in

Connect the fingerprint device you already own and the in/out logs flow in automatically — or let field staff check in from the mobile app with their GPS coordinates, so you know the rep clocked in at the client site, not from bed. Lateness rules and grace periods are configured once, and deductions land on the payroll run by themselves, with no monthly spreadsheet that everyone disputes.

Shifts: schedules that bend to your business

Morning, evening and night shifts, weekly or monthly rotation, and different attendance rules per shift: when it starts, when it ends, and when someone counts as late or absent. Assign staff to shifts from one screen; overtime is computed by your own policy and flows straight into pay. Seasonal work or multiple sites? Each location runs its own schedule on the same system.

Leave: written policy instead of improvisation

Leave types, entitlements and carry-forward rules are defined once in a leave policy and applied to everyone — no mood-based exceptions. Employees request leave from their phone and see their own balance; the request routes to the direct manager, and an approved day reflects on attendance and payroll automatically. No year-end balance arguments, no "I still had a week left" surprises.

Payroll: a salary structure that computes and posts itself

Build the salary structure once — basic, allowances, deductions — with formulas that handle social insurance and taxes by your country's rules. Loans and advances are recorded per employee and their installments deducted from each run automatically until settled: no side ledger, no forgetting. Approve the month's run and every employee gets an Arabic salary slip while the whole payroll posts to accounting as one entry. What used to eat three days becomes a review-and-approve session.

Expense claims: every expense has a paper trail

Out-of-pocket or from a cash advance, the employee files an expense claim from the phone with a photo of the receipt. It routes through your approval chain, then posts to their account and the company books automatically — and can be tied to a project or client so you see the true cost of each job. Open advances sit in one report, so nothing dangles unreconciled for months.

Appraisals & targets: performance as a number, not an impression

Appraisal templates with criteria and weights you define, quarterly or annual cycles, and numeric targets per employee measured against the system's own data — not the manager's memory. A rep's sales, attendance and requests already live in the same database, so the review is built on what actually happened. Over time you accumulate a full performance record that informs promotions, bonuses, and the hard decisions too.

We have an old fingerprint device — will it work?

Most biometric devices export logs in standard formats we pull in automatically. If yours cannot connect, mobile geo check-in replaces it entirely — especially for field teams.

Our team is on the road all day — how do we track attendance?

Every rep checks in and out from the mobile app, and the system stores the coordinates with each entry. You define the allowed locations, and any check-in outside them surfaces in a review report.

Our payroll is full of exceptions — loans, commissions, deductions. Can formulas handle it?

Yes — the salary structure accepts custom formulas for any allowance or deduction, loans are installment-deducted automatically until settled, and commissions are computed from actual sales data in the system. The rare manual exception goes in as a documented entry with a name attached.

Can employees see their own data?

Yes — salary slip, leave balance and requests, all from the phone, without asking HR for every piece of paper. That alone frees hours every week that used to go to asking and answering.

Salaries are confidential — who sees them in the system?

Strict permissions: only people you explicitly grant can open payroll, and every view or edit is logged with a name and a timestamp. And the whole system runs on your own server anyway — your data never leaves your ownership.
